Smoothness & Porosity Test Bendtsen Type

Linux Bendtsen Smoothness & Porosity Tester is used for determing the smoothness and porosity of paper, paperboard and similar is based on leak principal. A sample is placed on a perfect glass plate, measuring head on the test piece a controlled and small air pressure pass through a flat metal ring and the specimen. The pressure difference read off on selected rotameter tube. This instrument is similar to the Sheffield smoothness tester, but it has the ability to measure smoothness or roughness of paper and paperboard that is too rough for measurement with the Sheffield smoothness tester.
